Bylaws

Bylaws, College of the Sequoias TA, amended 3/20/2024

Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the representatives at any regular or special meeting of the Association. Notice in writing of a proposed Bylaws amendment shall have been submitted to the Secretary and provided to all members of the Association on or before the meeting preceding the one at which it is to be voted upon. Bylaws must meet CTA Chapter requirements (pdf) and are subject to review every five years by the CTA Governance Documents Review Committee.


Standing Rules

Standing Rules, revised 9/20/2023

Standing Rules can be changed in order to adapt to changing conditions and policy by a majority vote of the Executive Board. Changes must be reviewed with Representative Council, which may call to modify or remove them.
